I plugged in my numbers into MFP, picked a reasonable goal weight loss per week, added a little exercise for health and ate all foods I loved.1

Been there, done that. Got serious this time. How about eating regular food within your calorie allowance so that you don't have to change how you eat when you reach your goal? All you have to change is how much. You are more than welcome to look at my diary. I also weight train, swim, walk, and do yoga and exercise classes.1

I try to eat things on the perimeter of the store (skipping the bakery and if vegan/vegetarian the meats) So I go for fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grain breads, nut butters, almond milk, greek yogurts, granola (watch the sugars), rice cakes, beans.2

This app is so helpful. I get instant advice thankyou. I've always fails because I have the wrong mind set. I'll lose a stone and then because I feel better I'll eat more and stop working out and oviously I know thats wrong. So I've just got to keep in the right mind set and not give up. Working out I love of I'm in the right mood for it but food is a killer for me. I just can't get the right balance without overeating or under eating. Blarrrr ahaha0

Hang in there. I have just recently hit a plateau after several weeks of losing weight. Its important to stay focused and pay attention to what you are eating and when. I know its tuff now that summer is here. Our bodies are machines and need to be fed correctly to functions their best. Stay strong. Once your routine becomes second nature it gets easier. I go to carrots or 2 cups of Romaine lettuce to help me get through those long days.1
