How many calories are in salmon?

I just buy the prepackaged frozen ones and it says on the package that it's 100 calories for 4 ounces (I weigh it to make sure it's 4 ounces), but I just googled "how many calories are in 4 ounces of salmon" and it said 236 calories.
I eat 1200-1400 calories a day, so that's a huge difference for me. Which one is it?

However with frozen salmon, the weight is from frozen, so follow your nutrition label based on actual weight.0

It depends on the salmon and its fat content.
Farm raised will have a higher fat content than wild caught, though some varieties of wild caught do have higher fat content as well.0 -

100 calories for 4 ounces seems off for a fatty fish like salmon.
The calories will also vary depending on whether it's farmed or wild...Atlantic or Pacific or sockeye, etc. There are lots of different kinds of salmon.0
