Rock Climbing Calories

Hey Everyone!
Any thoughts on the amount of calories burned while bouldering? I'm at the gym 2.5 hours/session. 20-30 minutes of this is warm up and technique, 20 minutes stretching for cool down and realistically around 1 hour of true hard climbing. The rest I spent socializing and planning routes. When I'm climbing I do short bursts going all out; around 4 climbs continuous.
I'm a 24 year old female, 5'7 and 127ibs.
Thanks!

When I boulder, I just log my whole session as strength training. It probably burns more than that, but I feel like the actual selection for rock climbing is extremely over-inflated.1

It is overinflated. If you were doing an endurance session of traversing or repeating long routes of moderate difficulty with minimal rest, I could see that type of calorie burn. Logging as either gymnastics or strength training is a good idea.0
