iDiet soda bread:how many cals/g?

The information in the iDiet book isn't sufficient to calculate calories per gram and other data - it has the useless "calories per slice" - for a home made bread where the slice size and thickness are variable. I'm hoping someone has more useful information.

You could use the MFP recipe builder to calculate that for you. That said, I know there have been some issues with the recipe builder. As such, perhaps just accumulate the info and put it into a spreadsheet to calculate how much you have in your loaf.0

Load it into the recipe builder and set your portions as the number of total grams after baking minus the weight of the pan. When you cut a slice, you can log that gram amount.0

Anytime you make something yourself you should be using the recipe builder rather than someone else's calculations. It's a great tool!0
