    @ nossmf - I'd probably make a 20-day goal, so you're not left behind when everyone else is done - but whatever you want to do is going to work (or whatever the master says...)

    Day 8(16/6): 20 - busy day and I forgot and then I got out of the habit...

    I allowed a work schedule change to knock me off track for a few days. I'm back on for now.
    My day 8, 104 push-ups today, monthly total 364, target today is 560, I'm 196 short.

    I am back! I found some pushup handles at goodwill for cheap and guess what! No shoulder pain!! And wow what a difference using the handles then not, so much harder! Time to catch up!!

    Day 3 - 300 (100x3) Diamond, clap, reg. Going to increase the frequency of 300. And possibly raise the number to 4 or 500.

    Damn after using the pushup bars for 3 days in a row my arms are sore! if you guys don't use them id recommend trying them, my chest is feeling it more as well.
