@ nossmf - I'd probably make a 20-day goal, so you're not left behind when everyone else is done - but whatever you want to do is going to work (or whatever the master says...)

I am back! I found some pushup handles at goodwill for cheap and guess what! No shoulder pain!! And wow what a difference using the handles then not, so much harder! Time to catch up!!
