Started at 250 but hit a road block at 230, it took months to finally get down to 202 but for no reason I've gone back up to 210.... I haven't changed my eating and I'm always under my daily goals and don't count my excising... Any advice?

Do you weight all of your food? And I mean all, even pre packaged things?

In what time period did you gain this weight?

Are you a man or a woman?

Have you become less active in your non-exercise life?

Over what period of time did you go from 202 to 210? Do you weigh daily, weekly, same time?
Have you adjusted your caloric goals here to reflect your current weight?
Are you using a food scale for everything possible?

I'm a woman, yes I weight everything, and no I haven't changed how active I am. Are there specific exercises I should try? Preferably without any equipment.

As I asked before, how long between 202 and 210?

I gained this weight about 6 days ago and I've gotten back to using the app religiously for over 30 days now.... After I noticed my gaming weight I fell off the horse a bit for two day, but I'm ready to understand why and bounce back from it....

It could very well be water retention. You're definitely not "stuck" in less than a week. Make sure your calorie goals are set to your current weight and stay the course. If you fell of the horse for a couple of days, some of that gain could be turned to fat, depending on how much you consumed. Either way, the solution is to stick with your accurate goals.
