Do it again

Hello everyone. I lost 130 pounds two years ago using MFP and a low carb/high protein plan. Ten months ago I weighed 190 and I am now 230. I am miles away from gaining it all back but I don't like what I've put on.

Back at my lowest I owned a house, had a home gym and I had the freedom to exercise when I felt 100% up to it. Now that I am living in an apartment and having to psych myself up for the gym, staying in shape and eating right not as easy.

So... I am turning to the MFP forum this time for support. Getting in shape is much harder this time but we can do it together.
