Mommies, help!!

Okay, I'm finishing 30 day shred in 9 days! This was me trying to get into working out! Now I need to plan for a new workout! This has helped me lose some inches, but my scale hasn't moved much. I would love to work on this mommy tummy I have. Suggestions? Thanks y'all!

    Keep it up! Try another Jillian video -- she has an enormous selection. If you look at the review on Amazon, you'll see that some reviewers even list out all the various exercises, so you'll know just what you're getting.
