Hello I've been at this for quite a while. I do good and then I fall of track. Would like daily users who post food recipes/suggestions and exercise challenges. I want to lose 30 more pounds. I'm peaking at 200 pounds.

    I'm contemplating about juicing.

Yes, why do you think you fall off track?
In most cases, it's because our regimen is unsustainable, boring, restrictive, too different from what we're used to and like.

Starting an even stricter regimen would most probably make your struggle even harder.

Thanks for the insight. I put t he juicing idea on hold but I've been doing shakes as a replacement meal or after a big workout. I dropped another 20 Pou D's but I am plateauing in weight. I'm at about 194 but want to drop down to 170. Any recommendations, ideas, thoughts or suggestions anyone?

Why do you keep falling off track?

Why? There is no magic in juicing, though I will say some homemade juices are delicious!

Now, another question- why meal replacement shakes? There is no magic in those either. You lost weight because you created a deficit again.

You are not plateauing, you are just not losing as quickly as you would like.
