I normally get 200-400ml of Tesco 0% greek yoghurt in me for breakfast and that sets me off in good stead until lunchtime

Sadly, most dairy products play merry hell with my insides so I avoid them except for small amounts of semi skimmed milk.

Hi Jonny, I'm 53 and been on this journey for over a year. I've now lost 4 stone
Those portion sizes are a killer aren't they? Until I started weighing food and logging my meals I like you thought I was eating healthily.
You seem to have worked out where you've gone wrong so I reckon you should nail this no trouble.

great start - and that's the best way to tackle it - no restrictions on WHAT you eat, just on how much. Good luck - doing well so far.

I've done it!! 19st 12lbs on the scales this morning. Three weeks gone and 13lbs lost. I feel like celebrating but that would probably involve far too many calories, so I will content myself with looking forward to the 18st 13lbs appearing next.
