Anyone do the Shortcut to Shed by Jim Stoppani? I need to switch things up and get through a plateau and this seem interesting.
The workouts make sense and should be easy to follow. It's the nutritional part that isn't the best. According to his guideline I would need to eat 3000 Cals which is 1000 over my maintenance amount. I'm not sure if he took girls into consideration.
I plan to stick to my maintenances of 2060. It gives me 1gm per lb for protein and carbs and .5 gms for fat. I kinda follow that ratio now.
Anyway I was wondering if anyone has done it and could pass on some advice.
Thanks!!
