Dumbell exercises

Hi.
So all I have due to my location and work schedule is I have to do this either at work or home.
I purchased a bunch of dumbells..
How do I go about doing muscle exercises with dumbells from home?? Is there a website??
I don't know much on muscle exercise so if you can detail it Monday thru Sunday it would be extremely grateful. Otherwise...I'd be overdoing one part of the body.

Dumbells are actually really good too. You can do most different exercises with them and in most cases get a better range of motion than with machines or barbells, which in turn can boost muscle growth a bit.0
