Be super precise in your logging. Weigh, check labels (don't just presume whatever was input here by someone else is correct!)
It'll be a bit of work at the start, but you'll get the hang of it soon enough

Read the 'Most Helpful' announcements on this and the General Weight loss boards. They will help guide you with the setup, logging accuracy, and understanding the general science behind weight loss.

I feel like it takes so much time to log in my food when I'm always on the run! I'm struggling in longing in my foods.

Logging takes maybe 5 minutes, tops. It's especially easy since there's the mobile app, which is great for eating out or being on the run. Alternatively, log everything in the morning and adjust throughout the day. This way you have a plan for the day.

Good advice already. I'll add a little more.

Weight loss is not linear. You will not lose X amount of pounds every week. Some weeks you might even gain a little back. Most of that fluctuation is due to water retention which can be affected by many different things including sodium/potassium levels and hormones.

There's a bit of a learning curve to the app. You'll spend more time at first because you'll be entering in the foods you eat often. Once they're in, it's much faster and easier to enter them later, so it's time well spent.

You don't need to eat anything special to lose weight. If you hang around in the forums here you'll see some unhelpful information about needing to eat "clean" (whatever that actually means!) or "healthy" (another vague term) to lose weight. The simple truth is you just need to eat less calories than your body burns to lose weight which is why MFP works if you use it properly.

    Best wishes!

Don't stress is go over calories or macros for a day. I have been good with calories but better some days then other with the macros. However if I look at the past week they balance and I am spot on.

    D,

After you do it for a few weeks you will have most of the stuff you eat entered and then it will be easier.

    Don't give up.

Start by just logging what you are eating now, so you can go through your logs and identify the easiest changes that will make the biggest differences.
