Hi, I am a newbie here. My youngest daughter introduced me to this site, because today I am setting some goals to become more healthy and lose weight.
I will be going to the gym with her this afternoon for the first time in at least ten years. I am really nervous about it, but I have to start somewhere.
I am 51 and my body is beginning to feel the aging process. I really don't want to be a waddle Granna. I would like to be seen as an active Granna who is not afraid to go out and "play" without passing out. lol.
