Looking for a Mentor!

Hello!

I am a 23 year old female. I recently started my 'fitness' journey. I am currently only watching calories and nutrients, and have cut most processed foods. I have not yet started an excersise routine as food was really my biggest problem. I've weighed 160-200 pounds my entire adult life. I have no kids, and work a lot of hours. I'm looking for someone who has been doing this for a while, and maybe has a similar situation to me.

I would love to hear success stories and/or tips! But my ultimate goal is to find a supportive mentor!
