Reacquainting Myself

Hey Guys & Gals:

It's been a LONG while since I've been here, religiously every day. But, I'm on day 35 and taking it ONE DAY at a time. Sadly, I've lost most of the friendships I made here in the past, which is an absolute shame. They were all wonderful and I cannot tell you how supportive.

I'm on a very LONG journey of weight loss and well-being and I need help. I've already lost 111 pounds, but I've been stagnant since Christmas. I just couldn't get motivated to go the rest of the long mile. I come for a history of an eating disorder, anxiety and depression. So, this ride has been so difficult. But, I've stayed the course. At least I've tried.

4 days ago, I made the decision to become a Vegan. It's not a decision one makes over night, or takes lightly. I've been contemplating this for over 2 years now. However, I just never had the courage to try it. But, here I am... Day 4. Excited and terrified would be perfect words to describe my feelings at any given moment. I am not saying that I am giving up meat forever, but I will try this and see how I feel.

I've got about 75 pounds left to lose and I'd LOVE some friends and support on the last part of my journey. So if you're positive, fun, energetic - I WANT YOU! (Yes, I know.. I sound like an ARMY commercial, don't I? (LOL)

    Hey! My goal is too lose 100 lbs and I also just became a Vegan ! I would love to support you and your goals, and also maybe talk about this Vegan thing Exchange Recipes and so on lol
