I am short, 5 ft. 209lbs. 42 years old. I'm a mom of 1 girl 15 and 1 boy 12. Been married 20 years. I love to read and crochet. Both require a lot of sitting. So I am trying to be more active and get moving more. Just need to feel better and not tired all the time. I'd love to get down to 160. But starting with 20 lbs.
