starting out

I'm just starting working out again after not working out for 2 years. Is it normal to only last 25 mins? Between my exercise bike and my eliptical?

    That's super! Same here! You'll feel like you can do more later on as you build up energy!

    Keep doing that, and as your body gets used to that routine it will be easier and your stamina will build up. Just remember that nutrition plays an enormous role in our results. Welcome back to the world of those that wanna live a fit life. Best wishes, stay strong
