    Savannah ,Ga here. I try to get my steps in early or after 9pm due to the heat. No one needs swamp bum

    Central Florida. It's feels like I sweat all day shade doesn't help and at night just as hot. My air condition can barely keep up. Got to drink that water. But definitely know the struggle to get out and go exercise when temps are in the mid 90s and it feel like the 100s.

    Central Florida, here! Yes, our "hot" is the real deal. Lol. I am trying to get used to drinking plenty water, and do what I can.
