Trying again and have momentum - Add me?

I'm trying once again to eat healthy and workout and not slip. I'm over 200 lbs, the worst I've ever been, but even when I was 140, I thought I was fat. Now I know better and want that size back so I can appreciate it. I'm doing low cal, working with a trainer, I'm participating in a Biggest Loser contest at work, and I'm challenging myself to one 5K every Saturday. This weekend is my second 5K of the challenge. I have The Hard Cider Run 5K in August, and I want to be ready.

Motivation, suggestions, and support are appreciated and will be reciprocated whenever I can. Add me?
