I am recovering and coming back to MFP. I'm looking for others in recovery to help both of us!

    Good luck. I am also trying hard to stop, I'm getting slightly better. I am managing not to binge as often and sometimes I even stop myself halfway through before I eat everything in the house. I find details by not buying things in the first place helps, but when I am feeling string I think I can handle 1 donut but they come in packs of 6, so I think, I'll freeze them and have one a day - donuts and cakes taste nice when frozen !

    I suffer from BED, working really hard on curbing it by logging all my food and trying to eat a lean and healthy diet. It's so hard some days, you wouldn't believe (or I guess you would). Feel free to add me :smile:

    I can't really let myself buy more than one serving size of something. Unless its a big bowl of salad, where eating the whole thing would be only like 30 cals anyway. I could really binge most things
