How is this for a power building/athletic workout

Workout A

Box Jumps 3x10
Step Ups (w/ olympic bar on shoulders)3x6 each leg
Clean and Press 3x5
Deads 3x5
Pullups
Biceps

Workout B

Heavy Bag 3x3min rounds
Front Squats 3x5
Bench 3x5
Rows 3x8
Barbell Twists 3x8 (with olympic bar on the floor against the wall, other end with a plate, pull up with rowing motion with one hand, switch hands mid range and extend to the ceiling with the other hand)
Triceps/Dips

I would try this three times a week....maybe 4 times with the second day being lighter wieght/higher reps...
I've done multiple programs already and out of them all, these are my fav...would like to build speed and power...this will be done on a calorie deficit. Thanks all
