Anyone else with no sef control?

I struggle daily with sugary stuffs, I have cut down on sugar and then sweetener in tea, but I make up for it in crisps, cake and sweeeeet coffees! I want to be fit and healthy again as I used to push weights in the gym in my past life (that's how it feels). So anyone who wants to go cycling with me and some friends and be accountable to each other please blog!
