questions

Hi I am just wondering a few questions I will ask bellow.
Stats:
Weight-11st 2.
Hight-6ft/6ft 1.
Age:18.
Build-skinny ish.
Sport:football.

Routine:(for the gym).
Mon-legs
Tus-push
Wen-pull
Thur-legs
Fri-push
Sat-/
Sun-/
(I alternate push and pull so each week it changes for the same amount)

Fitness routine:
Mon-speed runs,plyometrics. (for speed I alternate between hill and track each week.)
Tus-/
Wen-/
Thur-endurance,plyometrics.
Fri- 1 hr football game(speed+endurance)
Sat-agility and endurance run.
Sun-agility

On top of this I go to my local park and play football with frends for at least 2 hrs a day if not more.

1) will this much cardio effect the muscle mass and strength I put on.

2)any tips for recovery.

3) any foods I should consider(I want a clean nutrition plan)

4) will this increase my fitness levels overall for football
