So these are snaps of my fitbit progress over the last two weeks. Am I in enough of a deficit? Shall I carry on the way I'm going?
Week 1 of owning a fitbit:
Week 2:
I'm 5'3, 139.4lbs, 26 and my goal is 126lbs. I'm eating around 1200-1400 and exercising a few times a week. My fitbit has my TDEE to around 2000 calories.

I take a very practical view of nutrition for weight loss. If you're eating more than 1200 cal/day and losing ~0.5-2 lbs/week, then you're on the right track. If you fall outside of that range for 3 weeks in a row, you should make an adjustment to get things moving in the right direction.0
