Weekly 5K Challenge

I'm walking/jogging a 5K every Saturday, starting last week. I'm doing this to stay active throughout the week as well as to prep for the Hard Cider Run in August. I'm hoping by then I'll be up to jogging/running at least half of the 5K so I can keep up with everyone in August.
