I realize my head is cut-off in this pic but I am so proud of my form here! As a person who went from obese and sedentary to athletic 3 years ago, it still amazes me that those are my legs and I can actually run!

This is me and my younger daughter she's 17....words can't say how much I love her, she's strong-willed and has a great heart. But she stands up for herself and what she believes in, I feel blessed to have her as my daughter ❤️
