Fudge pops, sugar free Jello pudding cups, chocolate chips, chocolate-flavored yogurt, chocolate milk, Skinny Cow ice cream bars, Edy's slow churned ice cream, frozen chocolate-covered bananas2

Freeze some grapes. They're sweet and a real treat on a hot summer day.3

chocolate soy milk blended with ice (Choc milkshake!). strawberries with low fat whip cream and melted dark chocolate on top. dark chocolate covered raisins. chobani dark choc + raspberry greek yogurt (or dark choc + cherry)2

Some if my favorutes:
-single serving bags of Kettle corn pop corn (100 cals each)
-nice, more expensive dark chocolate & only eat a row of squares at a time (less than 100 cals)
-there are a few ice cream treats that come in small serving sizes that I've found, depending on the store. Ice cream bon bons, frozen Greek yogurt bars, etc. You just have to look & read lables for something that comes in a small enough serving size. I don't have the self control for "only 1 scoop" out of a bucket of ice cream.0 -
Dip small chunks of banana into melted chocolate, freeze and enjoy!0

Chocolate chip rice cakes with a little bit of peanut butter!1

85% coco solids chocolate - small portions.
Fruit - moderate portions
Add lemon juice, cinnamon or fresh mint instead of sugar. You'll be surprised how a sharp taste like lemon juice can trick your taste buds into thinking that whatever you are eating tastes sweeter!
Vinegar on fresh strawberries! Yes it works!0 -
On weekends I eat my regular oatmeal with Soya chocolate milk instead of Coconut milk. I add a banana and a tbsp of organic peanut butter and it's the best thing ever!2

Side note: I was on 1,200 cals a day until I started looking at my cat as food. Raw.
Very low cal diets are often VERY hard to stick to. Consider upping for long term weight loss.1 -
Real natural peanutbutter.... I'll take a TBS of that and add a dollop of sugar free cool whip on top... they compliment each other well, with very little sugar.1

I like nut mixes that have dark chocolate chunks (or mini chocolate chips added to some regular nuts). Mini chocolate chips from the freezer can go a long way if you eat them one by one.0

My favourite treat is a lowfat healthy banoffee. use one biscuit of choice per person. crumble into the bottom of a glass, top with chopped bananas and strawberries and a muiller light toffee yoghurt. I tend to use a hob nob biscuit, 5 strawberries and half a banana per portion. Works out about 220 calories for a really tasty and filling dessert!!0

Hi Sarah
I Second the Skinny Cow Ice Cream. I use their Cones that have 160 calories each and taste pretty good too.
I also have been known to use the Quaker Oats Reduced Sugar Oatmeal and add a packet of sweetener to make it nice and sweet 120 or 110 calories depending on which flavor it is.
Between those I keep my sweet tooth and Ice Cream Desires under control.
Good Luck

Sugar free Jello (if you can tolerate it) has been a good choice for me since I can pig out on it for like 60 calories a box. I generally try to skip artificial sweeteners because I don't like the taste but most of the time it's acceptable in Jell-o.0

I saw it mentioned above but it's so good I have to mention it again. Edy's slow churned chocolate ice cream. It's 100cal per half cup so I usually do 2 servings. And if you like mint the mint chocolate chip is awesome too and 110cal per half cup. Delicious and so worth it. Better than original ice cream in my opinion. (Although if you like cookies and cream ice cream like I do, the original is way better so I wouldn't bother with the slow churned in that flavor) hope this helps!0

Sometimes I find flavored coffee works. Torani has many different kinds of sugar free syrups. You can also use them to flavor low cal nut milks like almond or cashew.0

When I crave for brownies, I grab these vitatops. They're usually in the frozen breakfast section. They're high in fiber and about 100-120 cal each.

I love chocolate too - so in order to get more bang for my calories I drizzle Hershey's sugar free syrup onto things like berries (covered in sugar free cool whip of course). It's only 15 calories for 2 Tbsp, which is actually a lot of syrup.
I also like Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars - 80 cals for 2 small bars.0 -
I take vanilla flavored Greek yogurt and mix in 2 tbsp of pb2 powdered peanut butter to create a peanut butter flavored "moose "....around 145 calories, 19 grams protein, and very low fat!0
-
I love weight watchers brownies. I box of brownie mix, 1 can black beans pureed in the blender with 1/2 cup water. Bake as directed on the box. I cut them into small squares and keep them in the freezer as needed.0
-
I like the single serve packs of Nutella - 15g, 81 calories. Lately I've been eating one with a banana for a sweet snack, it's so tasty!0

About a 1/4 c ricotta, 2 TBS pistachios, some dark chocolate chunks (depends on preference), and 2-3 TBS sugar free maple syrup.0

Cocoa Berry Pops
1 cup milk (I used 2%)
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
4 tablespoons dark chocolate hot cocoa mix
4 large strawberries
Slice the strawberries and divide among your popsicle molds.
Blend the milk, protein powder and cocoa mix until smooth
Pour into molds and freeze! Makes 8 61 calorie pops YMMV
Cottage Cheesecake - I found this on another forum, I don't remember who to credit though
1 16oz container of cottage cheese (I used full fat but any would work)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cartons of sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding
Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla, and lemon until smooth
Pour into a mixing bowl and add pudding mixes. Use electric hand mixer to incorporate.
I put it in foil cupcake liners and set in the fridge, but you could put in ramekins or just keep it in the bowl and serve from there. Would be great with chocolate chips or fresh fruit. Makes 12 servings at 56 calories each. YMMV0 -
Bomb pops0
-
Meringue nests! 50-60 cals per nest and sooooooo sweet! Xx0
