Cardio vs weight training ??

Hello guys, quick question that I've had on my mind for some time.

Currently mfp has me eating 1900 calories to loose 2lbs per weak. I've been doing this for two weeks now and so far I like what I am seeing. Currently I am staying withing my calories given and I've been doing cardio burning an average of 380 calories a day. For this, at the end of my day I usually have extra calories I can eat. However I do not eat the calories I lose.

I've been running every day now for two Weems but I now want to start incorporating weight training. However, I have noticed that mfp does not count calories lost through weight training (I know the reason for this) my question is, how do I know if I'm getting enough nutrition (fuel) during the day to ensure that I am eating an adequate amount of food to support my cardio and weight training ?? Right now I feel good every day before and after my workouts and I feel I have tons of energy. I am just worried that once I start weight lifting I won't be eating enough to support my exercise.

Thanks in adVance !

Have a 2 pound worth of deficit is alot first off. Start weight training and once you get into it if you find yourself out of energy add in some more calories for the day you'll still be at a deficit. Just make sure it's from good sources like protein
