Feeling dissapointed!!!

Hi. Started on here 2 ish months ago and as I'm small got 1200 calories to have. Each week I was losing 1lb or more and yet this last 8 days I haven't budged. Scales logging etc etc , I know it's just a week but how do I stop myself from feeling dissapointed in myself I can't eat less surely ?? I don't want this to hinder my progress if that makes sence :-)
