Feeling dissapointed!!!

Hi. Started on here 2 ish months ago and as I'm small got 1200 calories to have. Each week I was losing 1lb or more and yet this last 8 days I haven't budged. Scales logging etc etc , I know it's just a week but how do I stop myself from feeling dissapointed in myself I can't eat less surely ?? I don't want this to hinder my progress if that makes sence :-)

Don't eat less.
Instead of thinking "This week I lost 0" think of it as "In 8 weeks, I've lost 7 lbs" which is actually REALLY good.1 -
Weight loss is not linear. Stay the course. If you don't have a food scale, buy one and use it on **everything**. If you know you're doing everything you can, you should just understand that sometimes it takes your body a little time.
