Turkey & Pepperoni Pizza Pocket

My husband and I just made the most AWESOME dinner concoction and I just HAD to share.

Turkey & Pepperoni Pizza Pocket:

1 whole wheat pita pocket (I used Kangaroo Brand)
1/8 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
8 slices of Hormel turkey pepperoni
2.5 oz of shredded turkey breast (we cooked a turkey ourselves to cut down on sodium; It cut it in half!)
1/4 cup Prego spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Combine turkey, cheese and turkey pepperoni. Stuff into pita pocket. Bake for 10 mins. Dip in spaghetti sauce. Enjoy!

All for an astounding 264 calories, 9 grams of fat, 25 grams of protein and (a little high) 959 mg of sodium. To decrease sodium, decrease pepperoni or spaghetti sauce.

    No problem! We're bringing them for lunch tomorrow too....see what it's like in the microwave. :)

    It is VERY easy. Just measure it out and stuff it in the pocket! Prep time was 5 minutes while the oven heats up.

    I'm craving one as we speak. I can't even tell you how good it was. It knocked my socks off.
