Hey all! So was going to restart after some months of falling off the wagon. And then I hurt my back and am on bed rest for 4 days. Seriously? Plus I've gained 8 pounds since my last login. Feeling frustrated!

    Let the back heal. It's important. From someone with back problems, multiple herniated discs in the recent past, trust me.. let it heal and don't sweat it.
