Hey, community. I am gradually losing weight to be healthier, and to reveal the hard work I put on my body. Most of my exercises are body-weight related. I like to keep it simple. Also, I'm 6'5 and 255 pounds. My goal weight is 220-225. That is where i feel most comfortable. I'm 35 years of age and wtf.
