Anyone eat back some of their workout calories if you go through your daily amount? I try not to, but if i am at my limit and still hungry, ill limit myself to eating 1/2 my workout calories at max

I rarely eat mine, but I love seeing them hanging out there1

I do! It's one of the main reasons I exercise3

If you used mfp to get your calorie goal you ate supposed to eat them back. Most people start with about 50% I usually eat about 75% sometimes more of mine. I've lost 52 pounds so far and I'm 8 pounds from goal.0

When I followed MFP's goals I ate most of them back, as the program is meant for0

I usually eat all mine back, unless I'm not hungry.
I use a heart rate moniter when I exercise though, so my calories burnt number is probably quite accurate. MFP can guess quite high which is why people reccomend only eating 50-75%0 -
I always see posts about MFP guessing high on calories burnt. In my case, it always guesses significantly lower...0
