Workout calories

Anyone eat back some of their workout calories if you go through your daily amount? I try not to, but if i am at my limit and still hungry, ill limit myself to eating 1/2 my workout calories at max

    If you used mfp to get your calorie goal you ate supposed to eat them back. Most people start with about 50% I usually eat about 75% sometimes more of mine. I've lost 52 pounds so far and I'm 8 pounds from goal.

    I usually eat all mine back, unless I'm not hungry.
    I use a heart rate moniter when I exercise though, so my calories burnt number is probably quite accurate. MFP can guess quite high which is why people reccomend only eating 50-75%

    I always see posts about MFP guessing high on calories burnt. In my case, it always guesses significantly lower...
