Body Fat %... trying to figure it all out

Hi all, I recently received a Fitbit ARIA scale for a wedding present. While I do love the syncing, I'm trying to figure out the Body Fat % portion. I've recently started weighing myself every day (I know you're not supposed to, but I go months without weighing and I'm trying to be more comfortable with my numbers), and I've noticed over the past 3 days my body fat has gone up as much as 4 %. My weigh has decreased slightly. I tried googling the topic, but it converts my "percentage" to "pounds" and that's not what I'm looking for.
Any insight would be helpful.. thanks!

Scales are notoriously inaccurate for BF%. I wouldn't bother paying much attention to it. There's way to many variables to take it as truth.0
