I started hitting the gym March 1st 2015 to cut down which I did in the second picture. Since April 1st I decided to bulk for the rest of the year or until I hit 200 pounds. I started at 195 pounds fat then cut down to 163 pounds and from April 1st 2016 until June 1st, I ate alot and trained even harder and heavier. All my lifts went up and I went from 163 pounds to 200 lbs in a matter of 2 months. I was surprised as hell not even close to the end of the year and I already got to my goal weight. Because I'm able to cut and gain so fast I decided I'm going to compete in physique on November in Las vegas. My current goal is to bulk until 21 weeks out and ease into 20 weeks out then begin prep. This app and the people here inspired me. This is what I breathe now.
