Any calisthenics people that can give me some tips to get better?

    Headstands, focus on lifting your legs up not kicking into the stand and you will improve all aspects of your core in the process

    Do strict pull ups. And the muscle up is the king of all exercises (IMO).

    That's a pretty broad question. Read up on convict conditioning, you are your own gym, al Kavadlo, and other bodyweight training resources.

    Agreed on you are your own gym, or Al kavadlo, or convict conditioning, or the Reddit bodyweight program.

    In general it helps to have a program because it gets increasingly difficult to up the progression with bodyweight, and it's easy to get injured if you rush it.
