Hello everyone, I'm back at this again. Being a mother of 3 and also being 38, it's important for me to stay looking correct. Time to break these bad eating habits and get back on track with looking more fit. My goal is to maintain at 135 with strong tone and a little muscle mass. Let's get this!!!

    Your goal is the same as mine! Mom of 3, and 43 years am lifting weights for tone and strength. Good luck on your journey!!
