Hey guys!

So Ive been actually on mfp for some time and lost 18kg of the 30kg I wanna lose!
But I know that even if I lose the 12kg left (maybe even an additional 5kg) I probably wont be happy with my body due to proportions!
Thus yes I realize I need to move my butt! Ive avoided it so far and stated to myself when I started "Ill only work on the diet and bring sports/fittnes in later as to not get demotivated!" And it worked so far Im still happy with diet/ weight loss and motivated to stay on it!

Im also really reallly lazy! I work shifts in customer service/call center and usually spend my free time in front of the PC gaming! Its also hot outside and my self esteem is pretty much what keeps me from going out much, not wearing "very baggy clothes" and actually being brave enough to set foot in a studio!

So my question is, easy "small" workouts" I can do at home? Anyone have any threads with several excercises? Any tips?

Thanks for reading! (:

(for the lbs Ive gone from 220lb to 180lb still 26-37lb to lose!)

Forgot to add, Im only 22 but already have knee problems. Keeping them in a position for longer than 10min starts hurting and getting up from a sitting position hurts as well. (yay!) <- and this problem made half the "easy workouts for home etc." slightly impossible without immense pain.

    This.

You can also Google low-impact workouts. There are a lot of good ones on Fitnessblender.com that I've used. I also have weak knees and have noticed a real difference in how much stronger they've gotten.

No offense, but it sounds like you're setting yourself up for failure with excuses, "I'm lazy, spend all my free time on video games, too hot, don't like clothes, not brave enough for a studio, bad knees"

Have you checked with a doctor regarding the knee problem? Could well be caused by muscle weakness that could be fixed with some therapist directed exercise. Screen time makes people fat, cut back on it considerably. Walk inside a mall/large supercenter type store if you think it's too hot, but go outside some. You will get accustomed to the heat. Nobody cares what you look/dress like in a studio.

    Good luck.

Just get moving. Walk. I have my lifting but outside of that I'm way too lazy to do any cardio. My idea of cardio is sitting back on a stationary bike, chewing gum, peddling at the speed of death and chatting with people who are going in and out of the gym...BUT, I do watch my step count and have the 50 dollar fitbit. Just making sure I move and walk places instead of taking the bus has made a big difference.
