The weekend is here! We all struggle from time to time over the weekend. Don't destroy all the hard work you put in during the week. Weekends don't have to be your Achilles heel.
Just remember to front load your protein and eat healthy foods that are high in fiber! Have a great weekend everyone! Time to get my sweat on! B)

    I tend to eat a bit less through the week (1-200 cals) so I can eat more on a weekend if I'm going out/have a bbq etc.
