Hi everyone happy Saturday :)

Can I ask do you track calories for diet coke etc?

    Nope. There's less than 5 per can. Unless I'm drinking gallons of the stuff, there's no point.

    You might need to track them for the sodium if you have a condition where it's necessary.

    Yup. Unless you have a severe issue with sodium no reason to track it in soda as it is very low.

    Yup. Unless you have a severe issue with sodium no reason to track it in soda as it is very low.
