What nutritional balance (carbs/protein/fat percentages) is recommended for lowering cholesterol along with weight loss?

IDK what ratio is recommended. I jut plugged my stats in to MFP, it gave me a calorie goal, I balanced as best I could, worked out hard, lost weight, cholesterol went down.0

Try a balanced, plant based diet. Sticking to, fruits, veggies, starches, legumes etc and cutting out the animal products will help your blood cholesterol a lot. Do some research, read 'Whole' by Colin Campbell, watch Forks over knives(it's on Netflix), and see what you think.0
