How much protien?

I dont know if this is a stupid question but How much protein roughly should a person who is trying to lose weight consume? A female who is 223pds 5'10

And if i had 20gms of protein in a shake to replace a meal is that good or bad?

    Different people aim for different goals. I shoot for around 100 grams of protein every day, personally.

    Whether or not 20 grams in a meal is good or bad for you depends in your goals. For me it would be good. For someone trying to bulk it might be too little for a meal. Someone with a low protein goal might find it toi much.
