Has anyone tried sauna suits?

Does it help you lose fat or is it just water weight?

Some of the products advertise detoxification, and overall improvement of your immune system. Is it all bull?

    It is all bull.

    It is water weight you use. Helpful if you are trying to make weight for something but overall useless for real weight loss.

    But they are quite the look.

    Absolute, unadulterated, complete and utter bull.

    There is no such thing as a detox to improve your immune system.
    You'll sweat, that's it.

    This is the funniest woo product I've come across in a long while, though.

    Yes. Same idea. You will see a change in measurement after wearing it but it is temporary.

    Dehydration feels awful, anyway.

    Also, I agree with the 'detox is bull'. Our bodies detox for us....
