What does it mean under the nutrition tab, "Net Calories Under Weekly Goal"? Mine says around 2,000. Does that mean I'm about 2,000 calories under what I'm supposed to have consumed the entire week?

Suppose your calorie goal is 1500 calories a day, and you come in around 1300 everyday. You end up with 1400 calories under goal for the week.

Now, add in the extra deficit created by exercise (and not eating back all the exercise calories). Not hard to hit a 2000 calorie weekly deficit. Also, from what I'm seeing, it looks like it counts all seven days, rather than just the ones that have already passed.

I had to knock around a little to even find that option. Thank you for pointing it out! Being able to track by the week gives me a much better idea of whether or not I'll lose this week (water nonwithstanding).

Okay, thanks! Makes me feel a little better about going a bit over my goal today to know that's what it means!

I love this feature; it enables me to see clearly how much leeway I can give myself at weekends through weekday control.

Build in calorie budgeting... awesome. The more I find out about this app the more there is to love! Lol, if nothing else it'll work better than my admittedly spacey memory/math skills.
