    I pre-log my day with a snack that fits in my calorie goal. Sometimes it's black coffee, sometimes I can fit something around 200-300 calories. Just depends. It's like a little puzzle.

    Hummus. Recently a began making it from dry chickpeas. It's delicious and I look forward to eating it as opposed to using it as a craving pacifier.
