Any special exercises for the "post pregnancy pouch"?

I call it the "pregnancy pouch" basically its loose skin after you have a baby, except I do not have a baby. I have two toddlers (3 &2) and Ive been struggling with this for awhile. Ive been doing crunches/sit ups and leg lifts- the leg lifts that work your lower abs. Im also doing a cardio routine that kicks my *kitten* lol. So should I just stick to this and see? I dont expect it to be over night. Ive been doing these routines along with making healthier choices for just over a month. Thanks for your help!

Depending on the elasticity of your skin, you may always have a little bit of loose skin. My belly skin is not noticeable while standing, but it's loose when I am sitting and bending over. If you have some fat in the area, then you can lose it by eating a small deficit and weight training and HIIT. I find that to be most effective for me, in term of changing my body composition.0
