REFUSE TO GIVE UP!

I don't know if it's the Heart Meds or what, but it's really becoming a struggle to eat. I have ABSOLUTELY no appetite, and when I do, it's for cold and/or wet things. It's pissing me off because I'm becoming catabolic and losing all the muscle mass I worked SO HARD to build. Sigh!
I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT JUST BECAUSE MY HEART IS DYING, THAT I HAVE TO GIVE UP AND JUST WAIT TO BE BURIED. I WILL LIVE 110% UNTIL THE MOMENT I DRAW MY LAST BREATH!
Please take care of those hearts and, as always …'Stay Healthy My Friends!'

Please talk to your cardiologist/primary care physician regarding your medications and appetite. He/she may be able to lower your dosage and or switch you to a different medication where loss of appetite isn't a side effect. If changing your prescription isn't a possibility, there are medications that are used to stimulate the appetite, so you can mention it when you visit your doctor next. If you're more interested in cold wet foods, then try drinking protein shakes, smoothies, and milk shakes. You can blend some veggies/fruits in the drink to help with your nutrition. Take care, and talk to your doctor!0
