Back at it

I'm back to trying to get rid of unwanted pounds. Several years ago I went from 270 pounds to 120 pounds. Did not go about this the healthiest way. About 8 months ago I was back up to 198 and disgusted again. For the past 8 months I've been trying to get back on track but haven't been consistent. I'm currently at 165 and would like to get back down to 130ish. I don't have a lot of support because of my previous weight loss endeavors where 120 pounds was not a healthy weight for me and caused some serious health issues. Hoping this time around will be healthier and last.
