Hi
How do you add Jessica Smith TV work outs to your exercise list? Is it cardio or strength? I Enjoy her workouts & want to make sure I add correctly. Can any body help please.

    This is a late answer but going ahead. I put her workouts under cardio. It's true quite a few are a mix of cardio and strength, but overall, you are marching or side stepping, moving constantly so hence the cardio desigination. Of course, if it's completely strength you can break it down by exercise and reps and weight size under the strength section. I use a Fitbit that calculates my calories burned while exercising, so I plug that in. I think MFP will also calculate your calories burned based on the way you set up your goals section.
